Former UFC lightweight champion, mixed martial artist Khabib Nurmagomedov, was removed from a flight to the U.S., according to Essentially Sports.
Before boarding an American Airlines flight, a flight attendant asked Khabib to move away from the emergency exit. The fighter refused to change his seat, prompting the attendant to call for staff who ultimately had to remove Nurmagomedov from the aircraft.
Khabib's last fight took place against American Justin Gaethje in October 2020 at UFC 254. Khabib won that match by technical submission in the second round. His record stands at 29 wins and no losses.
