Asian promotion ONE Championship summed up the year and named the best fighter of the league. It was the organization's light-heavyweight champion Russian Anatoliy Malykhin.
At the beginning of December Malykhin fought against Reinier de Ridder of the Netherlands during the ONE on Prime Video 5 tournament. In this confrontation, Anatoliy won by TKO in the first round and won the league championship belt in the light heavyweight division.
In February of this year Malykhin came into the cage against Belarusian Kirill Grishchenko. In this fight, Anatoly knocked out his opponent in the second round and became the interim ONE Champion in the heavyweight division. The Russian has 11 wins and no defeats under his belt.
