Former UFC two-weight champion Conor McGregor said he was hit by a car while riding his bike because the driver was blinded by the sun.

I just got hit by a car from behind. It wasn't the driver's fault - he was blinded by the sun. He ran into me at full speed. Thanks to wrestling and judo - knowing how to fall saved my life.
McGregor, 34, last competed at UFC 264 in July 2021, when he lost by first-round TKO to Dustin Poirier. In January of the same year, at UFC 257, Conor lost to Poirier by TKO in the second round. McGregor has a record of 22 wins and six losses.
