Former UFC fighter Artem Lobov revealed details about his lawsuit against Conor McGregor regarding the creation and sale of the whiskey brand Proper Twelve, which the Irishman sold for $600 million.
Lobov is seeking to claim 5% of the sale amount from McGregor.
He told me I had no connection to the whiskey, even though he once offered me a million. Said it was ‘just because’ and meant nothing. I’m not just after the money — I want recognition as a co-founder. Without my work, this deal wouldn’t exist. But I was thrown aside. No money. No thanks. Not even a ‘Artem helped.’
It was previously announced that Lobov will fight Zubaira Tukhugov at the PFL tournament scheduled for October 3 in Dubai.
Tukhugov last fought in February 2023 against Elves Brener at UFC 284, where he lost by split decision. He holds a record of 20 wins, six losses, and one draw.
Lobov last competed in an MMA fight against Michael Johnson in October 2018 at UFC Fight Night 138, a bout that ended with Lobov losing by unanimous decision. His professional record includes 13 wins, 15 losses, one draw, and one no contest.
