Former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou has shared his opinion on information that the promotion is in talks with Tyson Fury for a fight with Jon Jones.

That was never an idea when I was in the UFC and now that I'm not in the UFC I think that everything is all about 'how to take down Ngannou', but Ngannou stands up. I'm going to be here for a while!
As a reminder, WBC world champion Tyson Fury previously said the UFC made him an offer to have a hybrid rules fight against Jon Jones.
Ngannou, 36, last fought in the UFC in January 2022 at UFC 270. At that time, his opponent was Frenchman Cyril Gan. In that fight, Francis won by unanimous decision. He has 17 wins and three losses in mixed martial arts.
