Ngannou Seeks Fight with Jones to Headline UFC Event at the White House

Former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou stated that the UFC event scheduled for June 14, 2026, at the White House, should be headlined by his fight against Jon Jones.

Francis Ngannou, quoted by MMA Fighting
Biggest fight of all-time can only happen with Jon Jones and Francis Ngannou. That’s all what I can say about that. No disrespect to other fights or other fighters. It’s not about the place, but if you want to say biggest of all-time, you make it biggest.

Jones last fought Stipe Miocic in November 2024 at UFC 309. In that bout, Jon won by technical knockout in the third round and defended his UFC heavyweight title. His record stands at 28 wins, 1 loss, and 1 no-contest.

Ngannou’s most recent fight was against Renan Ferreira in October 2024 at PFL. In that bout, Francis won by knockout in the first round. His professional record stands at 18 wins and 3 losses.
