
Polish UFC fighter Mateusz Gamrot addressed Brazilian Charles Oliveira on social media, mentioning his offer to step in on short notice for Oliveira’s scheduled fight.
At UFC Fight Night 261 in Rio de Janeiro, Oliveira was set to fight Rafael Fiziev, who had to withdraw due to injury. Gamrot was among the first to volunteer as a replacement.

Oliveira last fought Ilia Topuria in June 2024 at UFC 317, losing by first-round knockout. His record stands at 35 wins, 11 losses, and one no contest.
Gamrot last fought Ludovit Klein in May 2024 at UFC on ESPN 68, winning by unanimous decision. He holds 25 wins, three losses, and one no contest.
