O'Malley says he's ready to replace Sterling in his fight with Cejudo

American UFC fighter Sean O'Malley said he is ready to step in to fight Henry Cejudo in place of the injured reigning league lightweight champion Aljamain Sterling.

I don't get it, will Aljamain fight Cejudo or not? Sort of like Sterling claimed he has a torn bicep. If so, let me beat up Henry.

O'Malley last fought against Petr Yan at UFC 280 in October 2022. Sean won that fight by split decision. He has 16 wins and one loss under his belt.

Cejudo last stepped into the Octagon against Dominick Cruz at UFC 249 in May 2020. Henry won that fight by TKO in the second round. He has 15 wins and two losses on his record.
