Mike Kogan, vice president of the PFL league, shared in an exclusive interview with Telecomasia.net the resolution of the situation regarding fighter Pouya Rahmani and his contract with ACA.
Mike Kogan exclusively for Telecom Asia Sport
We were told Rahmani does not have an active contract with ACA. He fulfilled his obligations to the league and did not sign a new agreement. But then I received a new contract signed by Rahmani. I contacted ACA and we discussed everything. I agreed with them. If a person signs a contract, they must honor it or find a compromise. ACA understood our position. This would be a punishment for the fans. So we've decided to cooperate, lending each other fighters. This is the first case within that exchange. Rahmani will legally fight in the PFL on October 3, then he must return to ACA and resolve the matter.
Recall that Rahmani will compete at the PFL tournament in Dubai despite having an active contract with ACA.
