Former UFC bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling believes that Bo Nickal is significantly smaller compared to the top contenders in the middleweight division and should think about moving down to welterweight.

I hate that I was right but the size disparity for Nickal at 185 is very apparent. Bo is a middleweight but the top 15 MWs are noticeably bigger than him in the cage.
Nickal's last fight took place against Reinier de Ridder on May 4 at UFC on ESPN 67 in Des Moines, Iowa. Bo lost that match by technical knockout in the second round. He currently has a mixed martial arts record of seven victories and one defeat.
Nickal made his UFC debut in March 2023 against Jamie Pickett, winning that bout by submission in the first round.
