Tim Tackett, martial artist, author, and one of the foremost custodians and promoters of Bruce Lee’s legacy, died in the United States at the age of 84, according to Black Belt magazine.
Tackett began training in martial arts in 1962 while serving in Taiwan. In 1967, he saw Bruce Lee in California and became his devoted follower.
Tackett authored a biography of Bruce Lee as well as several other works on martial arts.
