On October 5 at UFC 320, Pereira avenged his loss to Magomed Ankalaev by winning via first-round technical knockout and regained the title.
Recall that Pereira and Ankalaev’s first fight in March 2025 at UFC 313 ended with Ankalaev’s unanimous decision win. Ankalaev’s record is 20-2-1 (with one no contest), Pereira’s is 13-3.
