FanDuel, a sports betting company, has partnered with the National Football League (NFL) team Carolina Panthers.
The announcement of the partnership comes just a few days before the launch of legal sports betting in the state. Legal bookmakers will start operating in North Carolina on March 11.
North Carolina will be the 22nd state where FanDuel has a presence.
Last week, the state commission confirmed the issuance of eight gambling licenses to companies including FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM, Fanatics, Bet365, ESPN Bet, Underdog, and Caesars Entertainment.
