French Cyclist Dies During Race From Cardiac Arrest at 16

RMC Sport reports the tragic death of French cyclist Noa Sartis, who suffered a sudden cardiac arrest during competition.

The 16‑year‑old, competing in an under‑17 race in Courseulles-sur-Mer in the northwest region of France, suffered a heart attack and collapsed on Sunday. Medical teams who arrived immediately attempted resuscitation, but their efforts were unsuccessful.

Following the tragedy, organizers canceled the adult race scheduled for the same day.
