The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) demands that the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) disqualify Russian figure skater Kamila Valiyeva for four years and also to cancel her results starting from December 25, 2021, according to the court press service.

WADA asked CAS to make this decision due to the positive doping test the athlete took at the Russian championship in December 2021.

If CAS agrees with the arguments of the anti-doping agency and cancels the results Valiyeva, the figure skater will be deprived of the title of Olympic champion 2022 in the team tournament.

Earlier it was reported that the Court of Arbitration for Sport registered a lawsuit against the Russian anti-doping agency (RUSADA) in the Valieva case.
