Djokovic: I Haven't Been Playing My Best, I'm Still Trying To Find My Form

Serbian tennis player and world number one Novak Djokovic commented on his form at the Australian Open.

When asked if he expects to raise his level for his next match, Djokovic said:

I sincerely hope so. I haven't been playing my best, I'm still trying to find my form. I managed to find a way to win in four. That's what counts in the end, and hopefully I'll be able to build as this tournament progresses.

Recall that the Serb defeated Croatian Dino Prizmic in the first round match, and proved to be stronger than Australian Alexei Popyrin in the second round.

It should be noted that at the current Australian Open Djokovic has already lost more sets than in the entire last year's tournament.

The 2024 Australian Open takes place now in Melbourne from January 14 to 28. The Serbian tennis player is the reigning men's singles champion of the tournament.
