24-time Grand Slam champion and world number six, Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic, stated that he plans to play at Wimbledon at least one more time. The 38-year-old athlete made this announcement after losing to world number one, Italian player Jannik Sinner, in the semifinals of Wimbledon 2025 with a score of 3-6, 3-6, 4-6.

I would be sad [if that was the end], but hopefully, it's not my last match on the centre court. I'm not planning to finish my Wimbledon career today. I'm planning to come back definitely at least one more time, and play on the centre court, for sure.
It's worth noting that Djokovic has won Wimbledon seven times, second only to Swiss player Roger Federer, who has eight titles at this tournament.
In the final of Wimbledon 2025, scheduled for Sunday, July 13, Jannik Sinner will compete against Spain's Carlos Alcaraz, ranked second in the world.
