This is crazy, in 2021 i was claiming my welcome bonuses, their server didn’t reward me that so their agents manually did, and then days later their system gave me the missing bonus in question, so now I have 2, I used them both, and then I got an email saying I opted for self exclusion program and the account is shut for 1 year, I thought I clicked something wrong until today, almost 2 years later they told me they made a business decision to ban me, this is the most ridiculous thingMay 07, 2023

Bet 365 they humour me. Even tho they do not respond to customers on TP, I am sure they do read what we write on thier lunchbreaks. I manage my spend on casino sites with the use of the deposit limit feature. Its incredibly helpful to halt temptation if your on a loosing streak. I changed my DP limit to £10 a month to keep my own hands off and they sent me a message asking what job do i do? To which i reply HGV driver and no word since.. Awful Awful Company! After being a loyal customer for more years than I care to mention, all of a sudden I found that 'restrictions were placed on my account'. Bet could not even be completed! Unbelievable! Cannot see what I have done wrong, no arbitrage, no duplicate amounts, no excessive gambling, no huge winnings (I wish!, just a punt or two on the horses a couple of times in the week! Wont answer their phones, chat is a bot, eventually got through to human chat, took ages, cut off mid - stream, and on logging back on found in my message box that the account has been restricted'for trading reasons' whatever that may mean! Absolutely FUMING! Do these holes ever ready these pages of rotten reviews? Unbelievable, had a account with this company for years, then all of a sudden account restricted, used there chat, and was told the account was closed and couldn't be reopened, totally disgusting, never been treated like this before, and never been given a reason for closure. April 29, 2023

SCAM. AVOID. SAVE YOUR MONEY. This is not the first time when this company mark your bet as lost but actually, you won it. Happened to me a few times and getting in touch with their terrible customer service it's unbelievably shocking. They keep putting you through to another agent and never get back to you. I made a 200$ deposit a few days ago and the money never showed up in my account even thought it said "successful". My balance still said zero and the money was gone from my bank. I tried the live chat but it's an absolute joke and impossible to get in touch with someone. I emailed them and the lady said the deposit was successful even though it clearly wasn't. They still haven't given me my refund. I was warned about this site and I should've listened to my buddies. I guess this has happened to many people. What a jokeApril 21, 2023
