Experienced problem's logging in 8 days ago. They advised me that it looked like I had 2 accounts set up and that they would investigate it as fraud and get back to me in 48hrs. I have chased them 3 times since and they can provide no update. I have gambling accounts with other companies and Bet365 has without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experience. Attractive website, Games play smoothly. I used to deposit a fair amount here but in recent times the payback is noticeably tighter and rarer which as a frequent player on slots its easy to see. The betting site is BS. Open an account, bet a dollar and get $365.00 In bonus bets is bs. Can't bet if you can't be verified for your account. Verified on three other sites just fine but not Bet 365. Uploaded drivers license but more information was needed, yeah ok. Wouldn't won't to give too many people $365.00. This betting site has absolutely gone down in my opinion. My bets return when placing a bet changes once the bet as been struck. IE £5 16 fold football accumulator. 1st game early kickoff won. So they offerd me £2 cash out even though the the original bet cost 5£ also when I struck the bet it said 1400 pounds return. Looked the next time now it says it returns 827pound. Really poor cash out prices I've seen on here recently. Once this bet is clear I'm closing this account. Says to me that if I ever did mange to win big that they would take forever in a life to pay you out. March 26, 2023
