My account was closed down by this company. I didn't do anything wrong. Unibet give me a notification that I am not playing with them anymore with no explanation. They choose which players they wanted and not us that is breach of equality act 2010 under protection characteristic. I bet one football game and actually won. Then next moment they closed my account down on yesterday. This company is a racist thug which other reviews have said. I am going to take this company to courts for legal proceedings against them for breaching the laws on equality act 2010 Yes this company is a racist.

I had used unibet for the first time in nov 19, 2020 and I lost and didnt use it since till recently 2021. I had a glitch on the site it would show an error message and the spinning wheel loading when I made a deposit. Then after trying it again it made 4 deposits of 200 dollars totaling $800. I was frustrated but I thought it would not be a big issue and I just went to withdraw 750 as 200 was a promo amount to win 50 casino dollars. I then proceeded to bet with the remaining 50 and won a couple bets leaving me with close to 900 in the account. I noticed that the withdrawl was taking forever. Then they blocked my account and are having me verify the transactions from nov 19, 2020. At first I could not even recall the transaction as it had occurred so long ago. They then asked me for statements for that paypal, the card used on nov 19, 2020 when the recent transactions had nothing to do with nov 19, 2020. April 20th 2021 is when these deposits went in. They are making it a nightmare to get my own money 800 of which was incorrectly deposited and about hundred in profits. I am still waiting to be cleared to unblock my account and hopefully get my money back. Horrible company never seen anything like this. If they cared about verifying transactions they should do so before you even deposit not afterwards to con you out of your own money.

I have contacted there support to ask why. But 3 days later still no reply. Looks like they let you deposit and play then ask for verification and then block your account for no reason.
