Tried to verify a bank card for 6 weeks with Unibet because I had closed my account and opened a new one. Verification Process is a joke. I was asked for very specific documentation for source of funds. I provided this and had to continually chase for updates despite being told it’s 72 hours, then a week, then 2 weeks. On my final call to customer services, they told me that I’d not provided the right documents and they now needed something else. Having checked what they’d originally requested, I’d provided the correct documents. It’s excuse after excuse to cover incompetence.
