It was looking like the game was going to end in a share of the spoils until Goteborg scored twice to amass all the points. 

Meanwhile, Mjällby AIF extended their unbeaten run to seven games in all competitions, scoring just once to cart away all the points against a stubborn Oster side. Mjallby, who wrapped up the last campaign in fifth spot, presently sit at the top of the log.

Mjällby AIF are a solid team on the road, but must be careful against a dangerous Sirius, whose last home game was a (3-1) victory over AIK. It’s not going to be a smooth sail, but Mjablly AIF will at least secure a point here.

The Black Stars female team will face off against Tanzania with the hope of advancing to the next round on Monday. Ghana, which have lost a game and drawn once, must secure the maximum points against their opponent to make it out of the group. Tanzania pulled up a shocking result against South Africa, settling for a share of the spoils in the second round of the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.

It’s hard for both teams to score in this tournament, but somehow, I believe they’ll both attack here since they must win to advance to the next round. I’ll try my luck with both teams getting a goal since a lot is at stake here.

After their setback against Tanzania, South Africa can’t afford to put a foot wrong against a solid opponent later tomorrow. The defending champions returned from a goal down to split points against a ten-woman Tanzania side, but they remained at the top of the log. It hasn’t been a smooth sail for Banyana Banyana, who are looking to defend their title. Meanwhile, Mali continued their decent run in the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations with a stalemate against Ghana. Both teams have picked up four points apiece with one goal separating them.

South Africa will play with full confidence, although they won’t have it easy against a solid Malian side. The defending champions are heads and shoulders above their opponent, and we expect South Africa to exert dominance over Mali.
