This Monday, there are some thrilling matchups that'll grace our screens. In Brazil's Serie A, Fortaleza are low in spirits after their cup exit and welcome an in-form Cruzeiro, and in the Austria Bundesliga, LASK is aiming to bounce back in front of their home crowd as the take on Hartberg. Cruzeiro is being underestimated by the bookmakers. The visitors have been in much better form compared to their opponents. I do see them avoiding defeat in this one. I'm expecting a thrilling affair with goals at both ends of the pitch.

Elversberg vs. Heidenheim

In the first leg, disappointment was written on their faces as the Saarland-based outfit squandered a two-goal lead to be held to a nail-biting 2-2 draw. 

Heidenheim could have won that game against Elversberg in the first leg if it wasn't for VAR intervening. Omar Haktab Traore's disallowed goal in first-half stoppage time could have been a difference maker for the team gaining a first leg advantage. 

Frank Schmidt's charges are on the road this time. This is where they've fared better with just one loss in their last seven outings, including three wins in the last four.

Elversberg has been in terrific form, avoiding defeat in their last nine matches across all competitions. Their last four matches have been high-scoring affairs, and I'm expecting to see a similar trend here when they meet with Heidenheim this Monday.
