However, the Oakland Athletics head into this finale as underdogs, like every other game of this series, but stand a chance of completing a sweep, provided they are at their best once again. With this series, the Oakland Athletics have made it three series in their last four, two others coming against the Los Angeles Angels and Philadelphia Phillies, with their defeat coming against the Boston Red Sox. 

Houston Astros

The Houston Astros have played below par in this series, and this is one of many series they have struggled. In two games in which they have conceded 12 runs already, this team scored just two, the last in the first two games of their recent series. However, this team also lost one of their prior series to this against the Texas Rangers and Minnesota Twins, despite the fact they secured wins against the Seattle Mariners, and Miami Marlins.

The A’s, on the other hand, have shown they can go up against tough opponents, having defeated the Phillies also recently. Yet, I am convinced that the Astros will not suffer a sweeping defeat despite their less-than-impressive play here.
