Just like after Durant's first injury, Phoenix immediately started having problems. First, Mike Budenholzer's team failed on the road against New Orleans (124:126), the Western Conference's record outsider. For the Pelicans, this win was only their fifth in 24 games of the season. And yesterday Phoenix also lost on the road to Miami (111:121).

Note that without Durant, the Suns have eight losses in nine games this season. So the eighth place Phoenix currently occupies in the Western Conference with a 12-10 record is likely to get much worse in the near future.
