David Benavidez vs Anthony Yarde: Prediction and odds on the Match on 22 November, 2025
Benavidez will defend his title for the first time since Dmitry Bivol gave it up and he became the interim champion. He has fought two light heavyweights and won both times, against Oleksandr Gvozdyk and David Morrell Jr. People know that Anthony Yarde gets tired in the second half of fights. Because of this, we think Benavidez will use his longer reach to control the distance and wear Yarde down before stopping him. The fight will happen in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, at the ANB Arena. With the help and money of Turki Alalshikh, Saudi Arabia's minister of entertainment, Riyadh is quickly becoming a top place to fight. Who will win? David Benavidez vs Anthony Yarde Prediction
Benavidez and Yarde are both powerful punchers who’ve gone the distance in their last two fights. Benavidez brings a lot of energy and aggression, while Yarde uses speed and power. While Gvozdyk, Demetrius Andrade, Caleb Plant, and possibly Morrell are considered better boxers than Benavidez, he always makes sure to throw enough punches to win. Yarde will put up a strong fight, but he won’t be able to withstand Benavidez’s pressure late in the fight. Benavidez is likely to score a TKO between rounds 8 and 10. David Benavidez is expected to keep the WBC light heavyweight title by knockout. As a big puncher, he’ll wear Yarde down and finish him in the later rounds.
