In his first tournament on the PDC European Tour, he competed in the 2016 International Darts Open in Riesa, Germany. There, he defeated Michael Rasztovits of Austria with a score of 6–0, largely thanks to an opening checkout of 151. He was supposed to play the number one player in the world, Michael van Gerwen, in the next round, but Van Gerwen had to pull out due to an ankle injury. Lisa Ashton is an English professional darts player who competes in events hosted by the World Darts Federation (WDF) and the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC). Ashton was born on August 27, 1970, in England. She has won the BDO World Darts Women's Championship on four occasions. In 2020, she established a record for herself by becoming the first and, to this day, the only woman to win a PDC Tour Card at the PDC Q-School.
