Team Spirit's standout player is donk. Danil is in the running for the world top-1 title. He currently has the highest HLTV rating of any player in the world (1.35), deals the most damage per round (0.96), and has 0.91 kills. Donk is great on the server but doesn't do so well against his main competitors (m0NESY and ZywOo) in matches. Donk can be supported by sh1ro, an experienced tier-1 sniper with excellent stability. If we look at the team in 2024, it seems to depend on zont1x's performance. When the Ukrainian support player is in form and getting good results, Team Spirit wins tournaments or finishes in the top four.

At the start of 2024, the Dragons relied on donk's skills, with a few kills early in the round from their star. As opponents got to grips with Danil's style of play, Team Spirit adapted their approach to the server, too. The team has made great strides in the past year but remains a formidable opponent for most top teams. They're also pretty solid against teams below the top 20 on HLTV. Team Spirit rarely loses to teams they shouldn't.

B8

B8 is a solid, average performer in CS with talented young players. In the autumn, the team came second at ESL Challenger Katowice 2024, came in the top four at Elisa Masters Espoo 2024, and won the tenth season of CCT Season 2 European Series. According to HLTV, B8 is now among the top 20 teams.

The team's impressive growth began with the addition of headtr1ck and npl. They both trained with Natus Vincere, and the latter even played a few matches for Born to Win. They're also the top-rated B8 players in terms of stats, with both having an HLTV rating of 1.13. The team had a lot of competitive practice before RMR started, and the best maps in the deck are Ancient (70% for 20 cards) and Mirage (68% for 22 maps). B8 has recently been up against some solid opponents, beating Eternal Fire, paIN Gaming, SAW, and 3DMAX.

B8 has fallen to the bottom seed of Group B at RMR, but they can hold their own against strong teams in terms of level of play. It's fair to say that Team Spirit will be much more robust, so it's unlikely that the npl team will be able to pull off an upset. But in any other match, B8 will be a strong enough team and should be able to win at RMR.

We're sure that Team Spirit will start RMR with a confident victory, and B8 won't be able to make a sensation. The only question is how many rounds the Ukrainian team will be able to take away from the Dragons. It's unlikely that donk and his teammates will let B8 take away more than nine rounds.
