At halftime, Corinthians was winning 1-0 with a penalty from Yuri Alberto. São Paulo reduced the deficit through Tapia in the 54th minute, but the home team scored two goals in the final minutes. Depay in the 84th minute and Yuri Alberto in the 89th minute made it 2-1 and 3-1, respectively.
