São Paulo vs Cuiabá Prediction: Two mid-table teams meet at the Morumbi

It may be the match with the least to play for in Round 35 of the Série A. Not because the teams lack quality, which isn't the case, but because São Paulo and Cuiabá occupy 10th and 9th place, respectively, and their positions probably won't change much with four rounds left to play.

São Paulo

The Tricolor Paulista has already achieved its goal for this season after winning the Copa do Brasil for the first time and automatically qualifying for next year's Copa Libertadores. Despite its mid-table position, only five points separate São Paulo from the relegation zone, but there are six teams in the middle, so in theory, the team shouldn't have any problems. The Dourado's goal is to avoid relegation, and it looks like it's getting closer. The club from Mato Grosso do Sul also stands a good chance of qualifying for the Copa Sudamericana, so motivation is high at the Pantanal. Away from home, Cuiabá is a difficult team to beat and will likely give the Paulistas a hard time, although Deyverson, suspended, will be sorely missed.
