Morocco's last appearance in this competition earned them a 5th place finish after being knocked out by Egypt in the Quarterfinals. The best-ranked team in Africa have won four and drawn once over their last six games across all competitions. Morocco are the favorite to win this group, but their recent games suggest it won’t be an easy ride.

Sebastien Desabre's men have managed just one win in their previous six games as they march here with a share of the spoils against a strong Zambia side. DR Congo missed two big chances despite creating lots of decent opportunities in the encounter. DR Congo were the better side as they had more of the ball and fired twenty-five shots at goal. 

Les Leopards have won the AFCON title twice and have made it out of the group stages in their last three appearances. DR Congo are blessed with talented players who play across the continent, and they’ll surely give their opponent a run for their money here.

Morocco were not really at their best until Tanzania were reduced to ten men in their opening game. They’ll have to double their effort to secure the maximum points against Dr Congo. Les Leopards were all over Zambia in their opening game, and even though it ended in a (1-1) stalemate, they had the chance to bury the game. 

Cedric Bakambu was substituted against Zambia due to injury, and we are not sure he’ll feature here. However, we think DR Congo have enough arsenal to go toe-to-toe with Morocco. The Atlas Lions are tipped to come on top here, but we believe DR Congo will give them a tough time; bet on BTTS for 2.36.
