Bristol City might sit 10th in the table, but Liam Manning's team is actually one of the most in-form sides in the division. Losing just once in their last ten games, the Robins have collected impressive victories on the road over Preston North End and Norwich City, where they ended the Canaries' 21-game unbeaten run at Carrow Road. Despite their incredible form away from home, Bristol City have won only two out of seven at Ashton Gate, and drawn four. It will be something of a coming-of-age moment to come back against Burnley on Saturday and have a real chance of emerging as dark horses for promotion.

Despite being four points behind leaders Sunderland, there was always mounting pressure on Scott Parker ahead of Burnley's final game before the international break. The Englishman has won two promotions with different clubs but has lacked the final quality to really exploit the talents at his disposal. The Clarets went into Swansea City as four matches without victory were reflected but Jay Rodriguez's last minute penalty secured a vital 1-0 win for Parker, giving the Clarets some room to rediscover their early season form.

While Burnley have played four games without conceding a goal from open play, the strong defensive record they boast of losing just six goals in 15 has a nice platform as a starter if they can somehow get their act together in attack.
