With such a start to the season, expectations around the club have skyrocketed, and now the challenge is building on Le Bris to deal with those increased expectations. This shall be a great test for the manager's and team's credentials, especially while strengthening this squad in the final week of the transfer window.

What's most impressive, however, is that these have been spread around the team, indicating that Parker's team has been a constant threat in the final third. It's little wonder more people are starting to think that yet another Championship title may well be theirs.

What is also evident of the team's success is that seven different players have scored, although one of them—Wilson Odobert—has since moved to Tottenham Hotspur.

Looking at Burnley's recent form, their only defeat away from home in their last four competitive matches – including games from the tail end of last season's Premier League – was a narrow 2-1 loss at Spurs.
