Marseille vs Lens Prediction: Marseille looking to get back to winning ways

On Saturday night, Marseille and Lens will square off at the Orange Velodrome as two teams vying for a top-four finish in Ligue 1.

Having won their first four home league games, Marseille had a fantastic start to the season at the Velodrome but has since ran out of gas.

Les Olympiens might go three straight home league games without winning for the first time since January prior to Ajaccio's surprising victory after their 1-1 draw with Rennes.

Marseille will be determined to end this mini-crisis, stop a two-game losing streak in Ligue 1, and win at home for the first time since September when they take on Lens at the Velodrome.

Lens

Haise should be concerned about Lens because, despite their great standings, they do not rank highly in the Ligue 1 away form chart.

With the exception of a thrilling 4-1 rout of Monaco in late August, the visitors had gone winless in their last four road league games (D3, L1).

Also noteworthy is the fact that they have failed to score in three of those four games, including the last two straight, raising the possibility that Marseille's defence will have an easy day.
