Borussia's current form raises many questions. The team dropped out of the German Cup, losing away to Darmstadt, and since then, Borussia has lost three of their four games in the Bundesliga, winning only 3:1 against Stuttgart. These results resulted in Gladbach dropping to ninth place in the standings, three points behind Leipzig, who are situated in the Eurocup group stage. The home statistics, meanwhile, are fifth in the division, with five wins in seven games and two defeats at the hands of Eintracht and Mainz. Most of their recent losses were away matches.

Given that Dortmund's staffing problems have not gone away and have even worsened, we think the bookmakers are wrong about the odds on the opening match on Matchday 15 of the Bundesliga. We predict a similarly negative outcome for Friday's meeting for the visitors.
