Asante Kotoko vs Gold Stars FC Prediction: A stern test awaits the home team, who can’t afford to drop points here

With three consecutive victories in the league, the most successful team in the Ghanaian Premier League can’t afford to drop off when they face off against an in-form Gold Stars team at the Baba Yara Stadium on Thursday.

Micheal Nkoah's halftime goal and Foster Agyei's second-half goal were all they needed to bounce back from their (1-1) stalemate against Karela United on the road. 

Gold Stars have picked up twenty-seven points from a combined forty-two and are three points below Hearts of Lions at the top of the log. Gold Stars have won twice, lost once and drawn five games on the road this campaign. 

Expert Betting Tips

Asante Kotoko have won four while Gold Stars have recorded a win and two games ending in a tie over their previous seven meetings. 

The Porcupine Warriors head here with an excellent display on the road against Bechem United. They have been up and running in their last three games, and this might be their toughest test in a long time.
