Inter vs Empoli Prediction: Will Simone Inzaghi's team win again?

Inter won the Italian Super Cup after beating AC Milan and will now play a home game against Empoli in the national championship. Will Simone Inzaghi's team win again?

Empoli

The team hosted Sampdoria in the previous round and managed to win. The only goal at the beginning of the second half was scored by fullback Tyrone Ebouehi (1:0). Thus, the Blues have not yet lost in 2023 - before beating Sampdoria, they drew 1:1 with Udinese and 2:2 with Lazio. With coach Zanetti a defensive style brings a good result; Empoli did not go wrong. Following 18 games, the Blues sit 12th in the league table with a comfortable 13-point handicap from the relegation zone.

But then, Inter faced the attacking Empoli Andreazzolli, and now the Nerazzurri will face the defensive Empoli Zanetti. Therefore, we should not expect a lot of goals in the upcoming game.
