Ikorodu City vs Remo Stars Prediction: This Southwest Derby will end in favor of the hosts

Ikorodu City will strive to maintain their momentum on their home turf when they face off against Remo Stars in the Southwest Derby at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena on Sunday. The Oga Boys would fight for the maximum points to claim the bragging rights in the South West Derby against the Sky Blue Boys in Lagos tomorrow.

The Sky Blue Stars reclaimed the top spot on the log following their (2-0) victory over El Kanemi Warriors on their home turf. Remo Stars scored twice before the break to secure all the points, which was enough for them to secure all the points against a tough opponent. 

Remo Stars have been able to retain the top spot because of their home form, as they have lost five of their last six games on the road. 

The Sky Blue Stars have picked up twenty-nine points in their previous sixteen matches, scoring eighteen and conceding ten. 

Daniel Ogunmodede's men will have to be at their best to secure all the points, as they have been below par on the road.

The Oga Boys have been in fantastic shape lately until their recent defeat against Bayelsa United. To attain a top-four finish this campaign, Ikorodu City must secure the maximum possible points against their opponent.
