Rangers are coming off a Europa League encounter against FCSB, and they won. In that encounter, Tom Lawrence and Vaclav Cerny put this team in the lead before the break. However, Vaclav Cerny got his second goal in the 55th minute before Hamza Igamane sealed maximum points for Rangers. However, the home side's last league game was against Kilmarnock, and they lost. Heading into this game, Rangers have had three wins and two defeats in their last matches. 

St. Mirren

St. Mirren played Hearts the previous time out and lost 4-0. In that game, St. Mirren were behind in the first 15 minutes but then conceded three goals in the second half. In the meantime, that defeat was St. Mirren’s third defeat, having lost to Motherwell and Dundee United in prior encounters. This season, St. Mirren have eight points from their first nine matches, leaving them seated 8th in the standings.

Rangers were brilliant in their Europa League game, and I think they will make a statement win here. While St. Mirren have struggled in recent matches, I do not see them getting a chance here. Rangers are favored at home, and I will trust them. With reference to their past meeting, a win with a margin of two goals is a good option.
