Young Africans vs Mashujaa FC Prediction: Yanga Boys will respond positively against their opponent

New Bosnia tactician Sead Ramovic will play his first home league game as the coach of Young Africans against Mashujaa FC at the KMC Complex tomorrow. The Yanga Boys have struggled to find their footing this campaign, and having lost two of their last three league matches, the maximum points is non-negotiable on their home turf.

Normalcy returned for the Yanga Boys when they scored twice against Namungo to secure the maximum points. After a boring halftime with no real chances created, Kennedy Musonda and Pacome Zouzoua found the back of the net in the second half for Young Africans as they cruised to a (2-0) away win. 

Before then, Yanga Boys lost back-to-back matches for the first time since 2020 and suffered three consecutive defeats in all competitions since 2018. 

The new coach, Sead Ramovic, has an excellent task to accomplish as he’ll be saddled with the duties of retaining the league and probably winning the CAF Champions League. It’s one of the most challenging jobs in the continent but I feel he’ll deliver.

It hasn’t been rosy for Yanga Boys in front of goal, and they have not been bad defensively, letting in just four goals this season.

Their previous two stalemates are not entirely a bad result as they played both games away from home, however, there have been questions raised as to their inability to find the back of the net. Mashujaa FC have managed two goals in their last seven games, although they have conceded three in those games. 

Despite their recent ups and downs, the Heros maintained seventh on the standings. Mashujaa FC have won four, lost three, and drawn seven times this season. They have played exceptionally well from last season until their recent games; however, we still expect them to finish strong in this campaign. Mashujaa have won once, drawn four, and lost a game on the road this season.
