Simon Biyong is an unremarkable 33-year-old fighter who has alternated wins and losses in Bellator, and is now on a streak of two straight losses. This guy likes to fight in the stand-up (though he's not very good at it), and he never goes to the floor of his own volition. Most often he wins by knockout, but we don't know anyone among the opponents he has defeated.
