The Chiefs head into this game as favourites and their overall last matches saw them win three, two wins over the Hurricanes and Reds. The Chiefs have three wins in the last five matches of this fixture, despite winning once in the last three. 

Crusaders

The Crusaders played the Hurricanes in their season opener and they won. In a game that ended 33-25, the Crusaders pulled off a second-half brilliance to win, thanks to a 19-3 win, having gone behind 14-22 in the first half. However, this team's run of matches into this game from last season has extended to three. In that run, they defeated Moana Pasifika and Blues. Heading into this game, the Crusaders won the last meeting of this fixture and will hope for a similar result. 

Expert Betting Tips

Chiefs and Crusaders are two solid sides with qualities and I expect them to show their brilliance. At home, I do not see the Chiefs struggle, and the more reason they come in as favourites. While Crusaders have been a decent team, their performances in this fixture are also worth recognising, but being on the road is not a good one. I expect a lot of competitiveness, and at full time, Crusaders should get within the line.
