I’ve played well in training this season, but that doesn’t determine who takes the title at all. Right now, I feel great, and I am very confident.
Filip Krajinovic current form
Since the US Open, Krejinovic has played two tournaments on another continent. First, the Serb fell in Nur-Sultan, losing in the first round to Duckworth in two sets. Then there was the more successful Sofia and reaching the semi-finals of the Bulgarian competition, where the Balkan lost to Italian Sinner in two sets. At the Indian Wells tournament, Krajinovic has played one match before against American Giron, the 59th-ranked player in the world. It was a tightly fought encounter that lasted almost two hours, and the Serb won 7-6, 7-5.

Daniil himself says that he is in great form now. There is no doubt that the Russian remembers the defeat against Krajinovic in 2019 and will do everything possible to make the most confident revenge. Filip beat Giron with great difficulty in the first round. There is little belief that the Balkan is now able to put up a fight against No. 2.
