In the semifinals of the Los Cabos tournament, Daniil Medvedev, the world No. 1, will fight with No. 38 Miomir Kecmanovic. The guys played each other not too long ago on Daniil's hated clay at Roland Garros. Despite Medvedev's dislike for that surface, he beat the Serb in three sets. After a confident win over Australia's Hijikata, Medvedev knocked out Lithuanian Berankis. As we expected, Daniil had no problem taking revenge on the Baltic for his defeat in Dubai. Expert Betting Tips
Two matches is quite enough for Medvedev to gain form and tonus. It means that a month's downtime and the switch to hard court have some risks for betting. Still, as the match against Berankis, whom Daniel lost to in Dubai, showed, Medvedev, on the contrary, is hungry for victories and just tennis. So it is unlikely that Kecmanovic, beaten by Medvedev at Roland Garros in three sets, can really compete with the first racket of the world.
