I started using betway 2 weeks ago and everything was going well. Deposits came instantly and i was betting here and there while losing. But my luck changed one day and won quite a bit. So i withdrew my winnings and patiently waiting for the money to deposit in my account. It's been 6 days now and it's still processing. From reading all the reviews just now, it has occurred to me that betway is actually a scam and advice people from using it. I myself have switched to bet365 which is much better.

It is totally a scam and fake company, please away from this site. I have lost Lacks of money in Betway company and I have withdraw 50K on 12th of September still amount not credited in my account and nobody supporting and send mails also no replay. I have talked to more than 30 of betway executives and also sent E-mails to Support but they don't refund my money and also not replying on E-mails. Please don't use this website this is fake company.

It is totally a scam, please away from this site. I have deposited INR 1000 to Betway account dated on 8th Sep'2022 But till date not reflecting to my betway account, I have talked to more than 10 of betway executives and also sent E-mails to Support but they don't refund my money and also not replying on E-mails.

I spent a lot of money to play. Now, at last, I was lucky to win some. I was very happy for at least I can get back a part of my losses. Apparently, they are not practicing sportsmanship like I do when I lose. I went on holiday and came back but my emails were ignored. So sad. How are they allowed to operate this way. It's 180 days over, i request a withdrawal of 40000INR and 30000INR and 4000INR, in month of March 6th 2022. they still not paid my withdrawal, they were telling we are reviewing your account from last 180 days, I don't know their experts may like test cricket, Test cricket will gets finished in maximum of 5 days, but these blóody motherfukers torturing me from last 180 days in the name of reviewing. When i contact them in live chat, they inform me we haven't received a feedback from concerned department, your querry will be resolved as soon has possible, they destroyed the meaning of the sentence "As soon has possible". they were torturing me mentally, my mental illness has increased due to this blóody bustards

I wait for the verification of my account with 2 withdrawals on pending since almost 2 weeks now. I've made a portrait verification and after 2 weeks they ask for address verification plus id. Today I have sent them the requested pics together with my bank statement, the same bank that I used for deposit. I hope this will be enough for them to proceed the withdrawals. Is taking way too long! I will update the status of my issue as soon as I get an answer from them

It's not even worth the one star but unfortunately you have to mark it.... if been playing with betway for years and it used to be a good site until this last year its turnt into a scam iv screen recorded every game iv been playing to prove it's a fix and just taking peoples money iv screen shorted all the history of deposits stakes and wins which there isn't any lol I'm taking it to the gambling commissioner and I'd advice anyone else that's been ripped off to do the same the site needs removin

I recommend not to play on betway bcoz when I used to loose there was no problem at all but when I starts winning they locked my account and I communicate with them but they didn't solve my problem.
