Tim Welch, coach of former UFC bantamweight champion Sean O'Malley, gave a prediction for his upcoming rematch with current division champion Merab Dvalishvili, which will take place June 8 at UFC 316.

The shape he's in right now, it's hard for me not to bet that Sean's going to TKO him. He's going to find [Dvalishvili's] chin at some point. If Merab takes a shot at the wrong time, Sean's reactions are so good that he could be sleeping. So I'm thinking he's gonna TKO him.
Recall, the fight Dvalishvili and O'Malley, held in September 2024 at UFC 306, ended with a victory for Merab by unanimous decision. He has 19 wins and four losses on his record. Sean has 18 wins and two losses. One fight was ruled as a no-contest.
