Convergys opens 18th contact center in the Philippines

Convergys is opening this month a new contact center in Manila, the company’s 18th center in the Philippines.

 

The contact center will occupy over 180,000 square feet on four floors within the SM Megamall, one of the largest shopping centers in the world.

 

Megamall was picked as an ideal location, where a new bus terminal at the base of the building will provide reliable transportation for employees.

 

This new center will soon begin recruiting to fill hundreds of positions to support clients in multiple industries.
