Singapore-based mobile commerce platform developer GT Dollar has integrated MatchMove’s Wallet OS suite of APIs into its existing wallet platform to rapidly expand its payment options.

GT Dollar is targeted at SMEs and lifestyle-centric consumers. The platform allows for the use of virtual credits accounts to make payment for products or services via a marketplace of over 80,000 merchants ranging from retail, food & beverage, travel, and leisure.

In partnership with MatchMove, GT Dollar integrated a virtual Mastercard into their wallet platform. GT Dollar users will also have the option of obtaining a physical prepaid Mastercard for in-store shopping.

“We are delighted that GT Dollar chose MatchMove to play a key part in their plans for expansion. GT Dollar’s unique platform has the capability to host virtual cards from multiple card networks, making them our first partner to accomplish this feat”, MatchMove CEO Shailesh Naik said.

“Through this partnership, we are able to expand the reach of our payment ecosystem and provide users with access to an extensive list of merchants on the Mastercard network, complementing with our mission to provide a cashless and efficient platform for both SMEs and consumers”, added GT Group CEO Dr. Paul Zhang.
