Plusnet chose NetCracker to transform its rating and billing infrastructure as well as address industry changes and enhance end-to-end customer billing, rating and charging operations.
This billing transformation with NetCracker’s Revenue Management solution will enable Plusnet to accelerate and improve its customer billing processes and benefit the customer experience across the United Kingdom.

As part of the transformation, NetCracker will migrate customers from an existing system to the new platform. NetCracker will also provide Plusnet with a number of professional services, including configuration, integration, migration and testing services to optimize Plusnet’s billing operations.
