Redknee closes Nimbus Systems buy-out

Redknee has closed its acquisition of Nimbus Systems, which was first announced last July 30.

The closure is seen to immediately increase Redknee’s presence in Tier 1 group operators.

Redknee is expected to expand into new geographies and extend target markets around its core platform of monetization and customer care management.
